Avery strong gaels team out. Never usually have that strong a team out at the start of the year. Possibly their strongest forward line they have.

I heard Kingscourt were lucky to only lose by 3, Rallied at the end with a few scores.
Ballinagh put in a strong performance against ramor. Mcdermot at his best, and podge and butsy playing well. Ramor were missing ace forward jack brady however which could of made a difference.

Some funny results yesterday.Gowna beating Drumalee ,Half a Ramor team hammering Redhills,Lavey beating Ballyhaise.Cucus beating Drumgoone down in Drumgoon .Lacken beating Belturbet. Its going to be tight down at the bottom come september to see what 7 or 8 go down.

It's amazing how Castlerahan have had their two league games called off for a player being on an ulster panel while a couple of years ago the Gaels were made play an actual league final without a player they had on an ulster panel. Surely Castlerahan could have at least played Saturday.

Bit of a farce alright. And the player didnt even get a run in either game. Surely the league games could of been played on the saturday ??
When will these two games be re-scheduled for now ?
What if Castlerahans opponents are missing a player for the re-scheduled date, will the county board let them call it off ? Hardly

Think the next round is the 8th of April. Not 100% sure, there can't be a game before the Ulster U21 semi final which is on the 4th April, because like Castlerahan & Swanlinbar when Flanagan & McKiernan were on the panel for the Ulster team, they got their games postponed, so any team with players on the U 21 team will rightly object to playing without their U21 players

Actually Lavey are sitting on top with 6 points, the gaels are also on 6 points but lavey are 7 up on score difference.
