Sean

Declan McKiernan did play full forward for the under 21's last year and I thought he had a lot to offer going forward. Indeed, I am not so sure that last year's team might have had a bit more talent than the team of 2011. I know its hard to back up same given that an Ulster was won in 2011 and an All Ireland final was reached. However, did we have better player coming in this year for the players like Rory Dunne at full back, Givney at midfield and McKiernan and Fitzpatrick in the full forward line. I can't recall the name of the centre half back last year but he was not two bad either.

1013255 there is no such thing as coincidence when it comes to the co board.. everything is for a reason...you can be sure the winners of the gaels/kingscourt wont draw the winners of the ballinagh/mullahoran game in the semi...unless the gaels lose... work it out
sheva7 , 17/08/2011 at 13:44

sheva7 what is it with you fellow. You have so much anger in that body of yours if it's not the management it's the county board. The draw was made in public and there was no fix its how it panned out.
Get that chip/anger out of your system lad and stop trying to corrupt people's minds.

Nobody is corrupting anyone . the point im making is that IF the gaels beat Kingscourt they will NOT i repeat NOT be drawn against Ballinagh or Mullahoran in the Semi..Wait until we see how the results pan out and i will explain all to you then..Trust me the gaels WILL NOT MEET BALLINAGH OR MULLAHORN IN SEMI IF THEY WIN

Gaels V Kingscourt think the gaels wil win especially with there american crew home, and kingscourt wil be out without winning a single game
Ballinagh V Mullahoran this game will be very tight can see it been a draw
Castlerahan V Killygarry Castlerahan can be very inconsistent but if there big name players perform should come true this, very strange decision by management dropping leahy V redhills which nearly cost them.
Belturbet V Denn I fancy Belturbet to win this 1 by 2 or 3 very strong down the middle and have very good forwards in jayo and bud,Denn are a hardworking team but need to find a few decent forwards.

Gaels V Kingscourt - Gaels will win this one but Kingscourt will put it up to them
Ballinagh V Mullahoran Tight game with Ballinagh playing the football and Mullahoran playin their usual agricultural style football, game in Breffni might swing it for ballinagh who really need to progress!!
Castlerahan V Killygarry - Tight game Castlerahan seem to be finding a bit if form and momentum could be surprise package of the champiosnhip so my vote goes to Castlerahan
Belturbet V Denn - Proabaly the two waekest teams left in it but I fancy Belturbet to go through not doing too bad this year and Denn are an ageing side!!

Cavan Gaels v Kingscourt - Gales by 2

Belturbet v Denn - Denn by 1

Killygarry v Castlerahan - Castlerahan by 2

Ballinagh v Mullahoran - Ballinagh by 3

All going to be tight. Gaels Kingscourt and Mullahoran Ballinagh games should be crackers. Cavanforsam cannot give a prediction of a draw, someone has to go through.

Think drumalee are very unlucky to be in a relegation play-off, after beating Killygarry having 2 points on the board, same as cuchullains, and a more superior points difference, yet go down on the head to head, having lost to cuchullains earlier in the campaign by a point...

Drumalee had 2 bad days at the office and that's why we're still not in the c'ship. We could and should have beaten cuchullains, but if you don't put away your chances at seniorlevel you pat dearly. It's vital for us to beat Gowna and also get promoted from div.2 to have a good crack at things next year.

i still think kingscourt might win even though cavan gaels would be up to beat them . . kingscourt have had a fairly poor season and this game will make them more up for the championship . ..

I'm sure the referee had a legitimate reason for awarding the free. Win or no wins, they are still at the same stage of the competition as the MIGHTY Gaels. How's seanies arm / wrist ? it would not surprise me if there is nothing wrong with him at all

How would i know how johnstons arm is ??? dont even start about "legitimate" decisions that day.the whole county know what they seen,as was proved in the leauge final.

how do mean was proved in the league fnal. you mean the drawn game or the replay . anyway how can a different game prove that decisions were wrong in a previous game. i don't understand your logic there.
