The majority of people seem to be think Swad have this junior championship wrapped up. Cant quite see why the munchies are not thought a bit more off. Firstly, they have had a very good consistent league this year where they are now finalists having beaten shannon gaels in the semis. Secondly they have already beaten swad and shannon gaels in the championship this year, two of the favourites. Thirdly , they have been knocking on the door of the junior for the last few years. Maybe its because traditionally Munchies havent been too strong is the reason people are fancying swad but for what its worth id fancy Munchies to win final. Who they play in the final is still up for grabs. Swad would have better form than Mountnugent but you never know who will turn up on the day as neither team would be very consistent.

Milhouse you have to be from swad.swad r a average team being talked up alot.there not even in the final yet,but i do expect them to get there.if they do i tink it would be a good game with the munchies.which could go either way.talking about swad for ulster is a joke and your only fooling yourself.

mountnigent lost that game because some players thought all they had to do was show up! i heard of 1 case where someone was asked to come home for the final!! wrong attitude totally and then to have players sent off for stupid low blows just when they were getting on top off swad!!

What way are the bookies betting on the Final. Has the makings of a great final I think. The 2 best teams in junior who, on their day are well capable of putting up big scores. Munchies still my preference but it will be close

Yea hoping it will be good final, munchies will have their homework done on swad and will be flyin however i think loosing last year will make swad very hungry and they'll win by 2 or 3

Swanlinbar are definitely the team to beat, but peoples underestimation of them will bode for them because i suspect they will dominate the pitch tomorrow, A tough game definitely but they have what it takes, Just look at their players, the 3 Cunninghams, Gearoid McKiernan, The Currans, Padraig and Damian Leydon..and that's only to name a few..They have the talent to take this final!!!

Indeed they have the talent to win, no doubt about that, but they had it last year as well and look what happened. They tend to bottle it sometimes especially under pressure. And this is a fairly resilient Muntirconnacht side.

dey didnt have john cunningham or g mckiernan for last years final, they'll have learned from that experience. munchies are a good side also and will be very well prepared but swad are a more powerfull team up the middle and they should just shade it
