I hear shannon gaels beat lavey by 9 in div 3 semi final!..anybody stand out in this match?who wil win between them and drumgoon?

in all fairness ballyhaise had about 7 players not under 14 because they were missing 6 of their starting team, two were in hospital. Add to this their center back and center foward had seen one of the players nearly killed by a car the night before and were probably in shock. they were also missing their goalkeeper, which explaines the handy goals for kingscourt. not saying that if we had all our players fit we would have won it but we would have run them very close

conor moynagh does play with drumgoon. good talent and shows when an u16 is on the county minors

I too ventured down to de ballyhaise kingscourt match last friday evening. Ballyhaise were supposedly missing several starting players including their keeper, centre back and a midfielder due to injury, holidays and athlethics, but this doesn't take away from the fact that kingscourt were very, very strong. The ballyhaise replacement keeper had excellent kickouts which kingscourt won 90% but looked very out of place between the posts being caught of his line and lobbed twice. The two county players that ballyhaise had at midfield and their two central forwards might aswell of went to watch the other semi final. I counted kingscourt having at least 19 oppurtunities were they were they had 3 or 4 players lining up inside 8 metres ready to shoot on goal and they were scoring points from all angles without much resistence from the ballyhaise defence. I can see them easily winning this league final as they are much stronger and on better form than the gaels, who also won their semi final well. This being said, ballyhaise and baileboro were the two teams in both u14 division 1 finals two years ago and they will both be back and geared up for the championship in a couple of weeks.

Division 3 & 4 Monday next Breffni park 6-45 & 8pm
sorry I don't know the teams in this section.

This Sunday Evening there is a senior championship match at 7pm also in Breffni Park
West Cavan Gaels and Drumbride

div3 shud be a gr8t game 2 tight teams!!! when they first meet in the league it ws a gud match ad drumgoon won altho the geals had sum gud players like aaron sumtin ad conor mc !!! drumgoon depead on monynah 2 much ad if he wil perform on the day!! hw do u tink it wil go??

i feel it wil be tighest off all the finals.. but in my words if moynaigh plays as well as he is capleal off no player from shaonnon gaels wood be able to stop him...
