i agree wit bighandbob in a way..kildallan wer the better team in that match overall and did deserve to win although they did get a few easy goals..i do reckon dey wud beat cornafean to te championship title tho and i cnt see much of a challenge coming down from div.3

good game between shannon gaels and cornafean yesterday, thoe i think shannon gaels souldn't be in that devision, cornafean should go on and win the championship now as i think shannon gaels will go ahead and win the final. cornafean had some good proformances from their wing forwards and are fairly strong down the certre. the comeback of two of their beter players who where out with injury should help them, come championship time.

shannon gaels/cornafean match was great game..bit 1-sided but cornafean did well. agree wit lad09 dem 2 wing forwards was all reds had up front. one had 3 different men on him and none cud handle him. gaels had good wing frwd 2. scored near 1 10. dont tink kildallon wil win champ. if cornafean hav full team den cant really c kildalon doin much

yeah they are.after all they are 2 clubs and have/had the most county men of all the division one teams.
i know myself if i was on an amalgamated side i wouldn't feel i'd done my club proud by winning a medal with 2 sides.
but the shield isn't important to clubs because last year no one would enter it bar ballyhaise so they got it.flanagan will be desperate alrite but he won't be forfilled as it won't be a team victory,it'll be an amalgamated victory.
