Well slasher the real Cavan man is coming out in you.
It would appear that you are a mean downright scoundrel that would expect your wife to go along with you and pay for herself.
Please get a responsible person on Hogan stand to remove this part of your post at once before the whole country labels us Cavan people as mean.

Slasher begorrah you are a ackward man , that would not waste the money on a phone call frae Cootehill to Navan to get the computer operators to take it down for you.
We will be on the wireless day and night as being mean if you don't get it removed.

Stood outside the Imperial and poor Donald must have felt I was a pimp until 12.30am 9=12=2008.
Very sad that no one arrived.
I missed the Ford 3000 on the auld hill run or the Opel with the windscreen documents photocopied .

Tom

Sorry I didn't make it - haven't got into the Christmas mood yet.

I think the lack of numbers was due to a number of things.

(1) Monday night is not a great night
(2) Too early for the Christmas rush
(3) lack of marketing - there was no mention of it on Northern Sound to remind people
(4) The Imperial was probably the wrong place for a Cavan GAA night after the 2 seasons we've just had

Maybe next year with Tommy Carr present after a successful year (can't get any worse than the last two) at a different venue!!

I agree Tom - we need to wait and see.

He does have a couple of advantages over the bold Donal - he has a lot of inter-county playing experience and he has inter-county management experience (although with various levels of success). From what I've seen he does also appear to have more of an even temperament which would be suited to managing players.
