South JBFC:

Camogue Rovers 0-8 Galtee Gaels 1-3

A sodden Hospital was the venue for this clash. In what was largely a poor hour of football the Rovers came out the stronger, without ever looking overly convincing.

In the other matches in the championship, Galbally had a 2 point win over the Stakers while Banouge easily disposed of Blackrock in a one sided hammering.

County Junior A Hurling League Final: Effin 2-18 Doon 1-10.
County Junior B Football League Final: Banogue v Kilcornan is fixed for Tuesday July 15th in Mungret.

City/East MHC St. Pats v Ballybrown abandoned in first half with scores level @ 4 points each, ref got injured.

Monaleen are out of the City/East MHC - gave two walkovers.

County Junior B League 1/2 Final: Bruree v Pallaskenry was postponed for a second time, Croagh pitch was unplayable again, no refixture made.

With regard to results, I'm noticing wild differences regarding scores from some games played, as published in various sources. I would encourage any club club PROs or Secretaries to get in contact with me if any errors are noticed. Indeed anyone with accurate information regarding results is most welcome to let me know. There can only be one score from a match, and whereas a point or two in the difference from sources is commonplace, and not usually important(unless scoring differnece is applied), completely different scores is both baffling and frustrating as I am endeavouring to produce accurate tables for all Limerick Gaels to browse. Examples: ACHL Div3 Dromin Athlacca 1-9 vs 0-12 Tournafulla, other score recieved: DA 0-8 vs 1-19 Tour. ACHL Div3 Kildimo 2-10 vs 0-15 Cappamore(IHC score), other score: Kildmio 4-13 vs 3-16 Cappamore. WestJBHC Drom Broadford 4-8 vs 0-7 Croagh Kilfinny, other score recieved: DB 1-15 vs 1-6 CF. This combined with a huge backlog of scores I haven't located yet is beginning to make me doubt the worth of my efforts. I know a lot of people pop onto our site from all over the world to check out how their local team is doing(whoever is in Kazakhstan I want to know!), but a (seemingly)half assed effort is worse than none at all. I know the Senior and Intermediate Championships create the most amount of interest, but the clubs involved in JB and Minor 12-side should have a voice too, as they make up a large majority of matches played. I intended the site to be a useful and interesting source for all, but I feel it is falling down at the moment due to lack of information. I put a lot of time into updating it as and when results come to hand, but at times I feel like I'm ******* in the wind.
