Gowna mourns loss of underage player Colin Madden

The Gowna GAA club in Cavan is in mourning following the passing of underage player Colin Madden after a brave battle with illness.
Colin, who died peacefully at home with his loving family on Friday, was remembered fondly by his local GAA club in a fitting tribute on social media.
Lining out alongside his brother Caoláin, Colin excelled for the Gowna U13 and U15 teams and was much admired for his leadership qualities.
