Donegal manager Declan Bonner lined out in goal for his club Na Rossa at the age of 53 in the county JFC this evening.
The 1992 All-Ireland winning corner forward, who played his first adult game for the club way back in 1979, gave a good account of himself as Na Rossa secured their first win of the season after overcoming Urris on a 0-12 to 1-7 scoreline in Dooey. He also kept goal in a senior league game against Burt in June.
Bonner's commitment to Na Rossa clearly knows no bounds as he's also club chairman.
