Shamrocks draw Dicksboro in Kilkenny SHC quarter-finals

All-Ireland club champions Ballyhale Shamrocks have been paired with Dicksboro in the Kilkenny SHC quarter-final draw.
TJ Reid scored both goals as the six-in-a-row chasing Shamrocks accounted for Danesfort by 2-16 to 0-14 in the opening round on Saturday. Last year's intermediate winners Danesfort will face Erin's Own in the relegation playoff.
Graigue Ballycallan's reward for their 1-18 to 1-14 victory over Clara yesterday is a quarter-final against James Stephens, while Mullinavat will face O'Loughlin Gaels after cruising past Erin's Own on a 4-11 to 0-10 scoreline. The other quarter-final pits Bennettsbridge - who beat Tullaroan 5-12 to 3-10 in the first round - against Glenmore.
The quarter-finals will be played next weekend.
