We have been very poor the last couple of months but I thought we would give it a better go today. For yourselves I think that group will win an all Ireland in the next couple of years and maybe this year if ye can get Walsh and comer on the pitch. Ye will be very hard stop. Conroy is some man for his age and few bad injuries over the years but he must be a top class professional to keep going and always delivers for ye.

Same old story. We used to be a team that had dam all wasted chances. We got the right man on the ball in the right position to score and now we are kicking crazy amounts of wides and dropping balls into keepers hands and you won't beat division 1 teams like that. We struggled in the second half when mayo ran at us and lads were struggling then with the pace of the game. Mayo went from defence to attack alot quicker than we could. Mayo deserved the win and we can't have any complaints. Mayo supporter after the game said to me neither team will make any impact this year and he's probably right. Mayo were nothing special but they are fit and athletic. We have fell away in nearly every game this year. People were saying we are waiting for championship but it's here and it was the same story today. If we don't reach last 8 and I honestly don't think we will now then I don't see burke as Roscommon manager next year.

It's hard enough to beat kerry but when you have to take on the ref as well..very proud of the players performance and just when diarmuid came the difference he makes..I just hope we can keep him fit and injury free along with Harney

We are underachieving with the players we have and I've made that point on here before.No way should Roscommon have lost three times to Mayo this past season including two home championship defeats. We're capable of a lot better than that but opportunity passes if not taken. Six years next Summer since Roscommon won Connacht." Jesus Christ stop making a fool of yourself. Players are interested in playing and I don't blame them. Id say it will be a great weekend with no pressure but Galway have definitely the players in Connaght.

All them players are missing and probably won't be back for the first few games of the league and I can guarantee we will be in a relegation battle with the team we started with in the dome last Friday night. Some of them lads just aren't good enough for that level.

Conor cox is getting plenty of attention for play acting Sunday. We also saw Sean Kelly do the same. It's happening in every county but I hate it and was embarrassed for Conor. It something's I definitely don't want to see players do and stop trying to get men sent off .

Tough one to take yesterday. Cian picking up a nasty knee injury early yesterday was hard on the team to . Really expected ref to blow up after donie scored and we were very slow to get organised and stop strokestown getting the winner. I hope Cian Smith gives it one more year and see what happens then he leaves and steps up to maybe county underage as manager Coach whatever he decides. I just think he has a massive future In management and few more years experience in managing different clubs underage intercounty or whatever will do him no harm. Well done to all the lads and heads up and go again next year . As for the county senior manager announcement on Wednesday I think everyone in the Hyde yesterday had one eye on the game and the other to see if they could spot a certain someone. People saying Burke was there but I don't know I didn't see anyone. If he was then he's going to be announced Wednesday night. Also well done to Strokestown and hope Paddy Brogan was ok after his injury yesterday.
