Didn't realise that Leitrim Gaels and Allen Gaels played there at the weekend, thought there were no games but apparently one of the teams got it moved. Any word on the game? 2 point defeat for Allen Gaels isn't bad but I'm presuming it was a weaker Leitrim Gaels team. Anyone have a good standout game for either team? Attended the game myself Leitrim Gaels missing the Jones's and a couple other notable players but Allen Gaels weren't aren't full strength either missing 4 from there winning intermediate final team. Was a great battle really enjoyable game. Allen Gaels unlucky not to come away with the win kicked a lot of balls away. Aidan Flynn kept very quiet.

Nay problem. Check in. I commended the lads on our forum if that suffices for you. I love to see the development of all our Connacht teams. Let the best team win. No place for spite in this world. Show the faith and the admiration. The amount of effort mgts, parents and young bucks put on is gargantuan. Is it worth it? Only a handful eventually come through. But the underage stuff is blissful. Unadulterated and innocent and free of the dark arts. Love to all.

Big game for the u20s tomorrow night one we are well able to win I'd expect Colm mcloughlin to start tomorrow made a big difference when he came on the last day. Another disappointing result for Leitrim. When are we going to beat Sligo. Had game wrapped up leading by 4 going into final minutes & looked to be in control. Very frustrating .

We bet them at minor last year. we can definitely beat them next Sunday which we could do as their very poor. Scott Kerr was fantastic in goals our full back line very solid afain and honeyman was excellent up front. Unfortunately sligo got on top of us in the middle last 10 minutes and they made hay.

Three limited teams in Connacht up against the big two of Mayo and Galway. But still a good competitive game

Sligo are "very poor" and Leitrim 2nd bottom in Division 4? Sligo 1/20 and Leitrim 8/1 for those fond of an early bet. 15 years and counting since Leitrim beat Sligo in league or championship....Tails are certainly not up in Sligo but if we manage to lose to Leitrim Sunday week and it in Markievicz it'd go down as one of the most embarrassing results in recent years given the form of Leitrim the past two years. I think I trust the bookies on this one.
