Why is it a burning question for you? Every team and individual has a right to make their own decisions once they break no rules, absolutely nothing to do with you or me.

And you are very much entitled to make that separation and those that don't make that separation are equally entitled to their view.

Could the same be said for Leitrim? Did yous forfeit a league game last year?? Was that a protest???"
No it wasn't thank you so much. But it has nothing to do with the original statement thanks you please. So why do you say this comment thanks!? Plus your own county failed to field a team in 2020 thanks so much.

There's a variety of opinions and have been on among Dublin players, As I'm sure there are on all teams, county and club,

You just don't hear maybe about well known AI winners who certainly are not 'Woke' on issues such as abortion, immigration etc, They don't and haven't used their jersey to preach on them.

Replying To Pikeman96:  "Was just looking back on a couple of League programmes from last year. I note that the Allianz advert in them says "We're proud to be the largest insurer of school children in Ireland".

Wonder how come nobody is talking of protests at schools? Surely they have a bigger 'moral guardian' role for society than the GAA does......"
Do you think it would be appropriate to protest at schools with young children??? So five year olds listening to people protesting and scared within in the thing? Don't be silly please, thanks in advance for this.

It is a burning question for me because I said so thanks for asking me please so much. I apprecaite it. I have "a right to make" my own decisions "once they break no rules" so therefore I have decided that this is a burning question for me but again thank you so much Sligo Joe persons.

Not so long since an insurance company was sponsor of Dublin for 10 years or thereabouts

When did we fail to field a team in the league? The secondary competition.

I meant "protest at" as in "object to", rather than as in staging actual demonstrations outside school buildings.

And I reckon it's still a valid point. Why is there nobody objecting to schools doing business with Allianz, in the way they object to the GAA doing so?

Yeah I think it's something schools should definitely look at, but it's up to individual boards to do that. Maybe a motion at a teacher's union conference would be the sort of thing that would spark that. There are many ways of making a protest, doesn't have to be outside the school like some posters here suggest. But maybe it could be. I mean why not. There were protests outside schools with all the usual trappings at the beginning of this year. Allianz are also headline sponsors of Cumann na mBunscol nationwide. Another link to our national game that should be looked at in my opinion.
