All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 2025

Cork were awesome in patches but ordinary in other parts. Pat Ryan won't be happy with amount of chances given up. Dublin did some good hurling but cork just too much power and pace.
They'll need harnedy for the final

Keep it up Katser. That crystal ball of yours has been working a treat this year.

Replying To katser:  "So it's All Ireland Semi Final day and the only interest I have is the handicap of 8pts!
Cork will win no doubt but not sure if they are going to go full tilt or just do enough to get to the Final.
Cork in full swing could win by 15-20pts where as Cork taking it handy possible 5-6pts!!"
I'm truly amazed. This is the first time you've ever called a game right.

Bet your regretting not beating Dublin in Leinster......that could have been Wexford playing Cork today!

Many congrats to Cork.

That was some performance by them in Croker, in what seemed like a Home game for them. Such was the level of support they brought to HQ. Fair play to them.

Hopefully the Rebels go on and win it now and don't leave this one behind them.

20 years is far too long without Liam going back to Leeside.
Having lost 4 finals since their last victory and 2 of the last 4 finals, I really hope they win it this year.

Nice to see so many Dublin fans stay until the final whistle in what was a very one sided semi final, unfortunately.

But hats off to Cork. They were excellent, and did a job on us.

Congrats.

As for Galway ...

Replying To PoolSturgeon:  "I think it is your team's own attitude you need to question as to why ye are not in the semi finals instead of them. "Dublin got well beaten by Galway and got hammered by Kilkenny for most of the game" was probably in your team's heads a bit too much."
That is true but remember there is a lot of mileage in our team. And we don't have to prove ourselves to anyone at this stage - our place in history is assured.

I would agree with your accessment. Limerick under estimated the Dubs and paid the price.

Cusack said on his radio preview that Dublin had lost to a bad Golwaaaay side, but insinuated that Dublin weren't a bad side still, facing into this semi. Presumably didn't think Dublin were a bad side, because 'hurling needs Dublin' or something like that. A more logical assessment might have been, if you lose fair and square on your home patch to 'a bad side', you're probably 'a bad side' too, or probably worse than 'a bad side'. And that's before we even get into 'rishhts'.
