Ah lads, Ye should have won that! Too many missed scoring chances. Was hoping you'd win. Best of luck in Leinster and Tailteann. Selwyn (Meath) - Posts: 445 - 29/03/2026 06:07:31 2663674 Link 0 |

There were only 3 training sessions for the 72 , then a couple games Paddy's Day. And it was entirely voluntary for the boys concerned. There will be another at Easter and maybe a couple more in the summer. The issue some of the Football lads need to acknowledge is that more young players in the county prefer Football to Hurling. There werent even 120 lads in total went to the Football trials, and only 40 of 48 places were filled. Viking66 (Wexford) - Posts: 18953 - 29/03/2026 08:13:39 2663676 Link 0 |

Really hard luck to John and the lads, that was a great performance and we only just came up short. Viking66 (Wexford) - Posts: 18953 - 29/03/2026 08:16:15 2663677 Link 0 |

He was doing a fair bit of stretching in the game, Id say he had a tight hamstring

we need to rest up now, let bodied and minds recover, dont worry about louth we are not going to win leinster, save our fury for the T C, dont think we can have the build up for yesterday, focus on the louth game, and then have refocus again on the T C which we can get a run in, its tricky , im sure management know best Stmunnsriver (Wexford) - Posts: 3064 - 29/03/2026 17:01:14 2663758 Link 0 |
