Connacht Final?
I'd hazard a guess at 19k?

Pretty impressive Sean, albeit a disappointing attendance.

On the Galway thread I said before the match 20k max would be attendance. Have to take into account the price of tickets and how they media goes out of their way to ridicule the provincial championship so a little over 19k is a decent crowd than disappointing IMO

Last years match between the two was a championship knock out tie and for the record it brought 23,897 to Pearse Stadium.

They GAA Marketing team have finally came up with a brainwave of having a group ticket for both All Ireland Group stage and Tailteann Group stage for each county(honestly dont know how this wasnt launched last year)

All Ireland Group Ticket being €50 and Tailteann Cup is €30, least might encourage few more people to attend each of their counties games.

Could possibly be €45 and €25 respectively, every little helps especially as be travels costs for 2 of the games for each county.

The munster final in Ennis at weekend highlighted how much having a full ground can impact on the game being a better experience for players and atmosphere, hopefully GAA takes this on board with pricing and fixing of grounds for future games.

40,000 tickets already sold for Cork v Limerick round robin game - capped at 42k
30,000 for Ulster Football final.
No idea what attendances be like for Leinster football final or the 2 other Leinster hurling matches.

Be interesting to have seen what a larger ground would have got for the Ulster Final but for all 45,000 tickets to be sold out for a Munster Hurling round robin match in Cork this evening is serious numbers in what has been a poor year to date for gaa crowds bar Munster hurling.

Easiest prediction of the weekend is 1200 at the Longford-Kildare game on a sunny Championship Saturday in May. 300 tickets allocated to Longford, rest to Kildare. Would be twice that many or more at it if it was played at a county grounds, but there we are. I'm sure GAAGo is to blame somehow!

45,000 at Cork v Limerick .
At a guess 17/18k from Limerick and 27/28K from cork , best athmosphere at a match in years even as a losing supporter. No

Where's all the so called loyal Dublin fans today? Croker is empty for a Leinster final. No doubt the gloryhunters whe are nowhere to be seen today will be out demanding All Ireland final tickets. Sickening!

Would you say it as sickening as yesterday? Or more sickening? Or merely equally as sickening?

From an Antrim perspective.

Think that's a bit harsh tbh.
I can't speak for any other county but if galway were going for 15 Connacht titles in a row in a game that's unlikely to even be a contest (albeit louth are doing well at the moment) you wouldn't see too many people in Pearse stadium.
