Embarrassment today. One thing losing but the towel went in long before the finish and there will be a lot of soul searching in the group over the next week. Where exactly are we going what is the point of this county side this season as a lot of them either just going through the motions or totally out of their depth most of them would struggle in div 3. The injury situation is ridiculous beggan now added to it. Only positive is by getting out of div 2 last yr we guaranteed two summers of Sam maguire but div 2 will be hugely competitive next yr dubs/armagh derry/Meath Tyrone louth kildare down and could well see us playing tailtenn cup next summer. We probably need it this summer as we have no business playing in sam maguire after Ulster in form we are in every side will want us in a draw. If cavan dont do us Derry will embarrass us in Ulster.
