It's only stand tickets that are €30. Terrace viewing in Markievicz Park is much better and tickets are €20 there.

Replying To Square_B:  "I haven't even referenced the price of this particular game but yet you are here 'agreeing' with me. I wouldn't be looking for your agreement anyhow particularly based on the tone of the post above. However if you cared to read my post, I was responding to the accusation that the GAA overall is engaged in corporate greed. €30eur probably is on the highside for this game however people have a choice to go or not and in the wider scheme of things, the vast majority of the ticket price is reinvested in the game. I couldn't say that of other sports.

Finally, I wouldn't be so confident about your claim that we'll see one game in the championship. But I can tell you one thing, we're not heading over to make up the numbers so we will see."
I am agreeing with you on the way the GAA is ran.

Those tickets should be 15€ and stand 20€ if done right.

But yet can't resist a dig at people complaining about the cost of tickets and the kicker, coming over to let us know how many games we'll be having this year in the championship.

Got it.

Agreed it's gouging but would be good to compare the prices over the years, has the connacht championship tickets for the new stand not always been €30?

There's always a bit of hard hitting and digs and the Leitrim boys can dish it out also. It's championship time. If you win I will be the first to congratulate you and wish you well..

Replying To Leitrimforsam2024:  "Hard luck to our u20s tonight. Mayo a step up above Galway and Sligo . I think we are still in the competition but need a 6 plus point win against Roscommon which is unlikely unfortunately. Honeyman And McLoughlin very good for Leitrim"
Ros on only two points. A Leitrim win and they'd go through on the head to head as far as I know. Think it's only scoring difference if there was a three way tie. Maybe I'm wrong. Should make for a better game if both teams have something to aim at. Best of luck to all competitors. Love to all.
