Doubt anyone had those two for promotion on their bingo cards, perhaps dropping down or nearly relegated to junior spurned both teams on, Manor with their numbers and quality of player coming though should not be too proud of another year in div 2.

Well done to the Leitrim u15s yesterday against Sligo coming from 7 down at half time to win by 1 great comeback. Hard luck to Leitrim u16s losing out to a strong Galway side in the Father manning semi final hopefully they stick at it and give the Connacht minor championship a good rattle next year. Kiltubrid for junior going on league form, looking a bit stronger and more resourced than the other contenders but championship and league form can be different.

I'm saying Leitrim Gaels for senior if all 3 Jones's are available if they're not then Fenagh. Intermediate: Annaduff Junior: Kiltubrid meathbasedfan (Leitrim) - Posts: 214 - 20/07/2026 14:05:56 2686363 Link 0 |

Junior: although kiltubrid are strong favourites I'd look out for Aughnasheelin, promoted from div 3 and know how to win county finals Intermediate: Drumkeerin are underrated going into this championship have a good mix of youth and experience and plenty of players with county experience. We're under strengthened through most of the league and still pulled out some good results Senior: tough one to call but fenagh under Graham have to be the one to watch. One of the top managers in the country backed up by a very strong team with 7 or 8 current Leitrim seniors and a few u20s, they'll feel like themselves it's now or never really Leitrim4sam26 (Leitrim) - Posts: 24 - 20/07/2026 20:40:16 2686422 Link 0 |
