Can only see a small number of the starting team tomorrow will start in Rd1 of the league. Maybe Conor Flah, Cogger, Hernon, Mulkerin, Molloy. Outside bets would be S.Mcgrath, F. McDonagh, O'Neill, & O Curraoin. No sigerson next week might improve some lads chances. Mulhern is playing Freshers during the week( he must be a cheat code at that level), unless he has another outstanding game in FBD, PJ may choose not to use him, more than likely the u20 captain for 2026 as well, he will probably be left with them as was Costello in 2025 and Thompson in 2024.

Didn't see the game today. Just that we were 7 up at half time. Down by 1 heading into added time but then won it in added time with the last 2 points. Did they collapse in the 2nd half? Who played well?

Hard to read too much into today with a few lads taking their chance and others just getting minutes. Useful in parts, but you'd be slow to draw any big conclusions from it.

Hernon and Molloy were there when needed, stood up when the tempo dipped, no fuss, just did the basics right. And it's hard to ignore the cases Jack O'Neill and Shane McGrath made. Both brought energy and intent, looked like 2 lads who are playing for a start rather than just squad depth, they no the opportunity is there with Thompson not available.

Fionn McDonagh impressed and gave a bit of a focal point up front, and that physical presence is exactly what you want from someone with his size. Even if he's not racking up scores, he creates space for others.

Barrett and Roche were poor overall, couldn't get to grips with Thornton. McGlinchey when he came on, at least brought more presence around the middle.

It's surprising Costello still isn't getting more minutes, 5mins today after 5/10 mins last week doesn't feel like much of a chance. Even more surprising is that Naughton didn't get a run at all.

Finnerty was a clear case of "minutes in the legs" rather than performance based. He needed the run out, and you'd hope that sharpens him up for next week. 2 easy enough frees missed.

A good hit out whatever comp it is nice to win

Positives: Molloy was v good bar pass at end hit a great 2 ptr there was some edjit on here recently saying he wasn't a good kicker

After very rusty start thought hernon came into it well

Mcglinchey was our best midfielder vital at end

Mulhern had some lovely touches just lacking a bit of punch

McGrath looked v comfortable and one of senior heads on team.

Negitives: dominated on our kickout and breaks

Haven't seen anyone in 13-15 jerseys put their hand up and look ready to make an impact
