Despite being one of the stories of this year's Allianz Football League, Louth have received barely any TV coverage.
The Wee County defeated Cork for the first time in 66 years yesterday to set up a Division 2 promotion showdown with Dublin at Croke Park next weekend. However, there was disappointment once again for Louth supporters last night when they tuned into RTÉ's League Sunday programme to catch highlights of the game, only to be informed that there are no facilities for cameras in Ardee.
If Mickey Harte's side beat Dublin, it will complete a fairytale rise from Division 4 to Division 1 in successive seasons.
So Ardee is not conducive to RTÉ cameras and yet TG4 were able to cover the Kildare game? RTÉ covered Limerick vs Louth from UL's north campus last year and there are far better vantage points in Ardee. Nonsense excuse.

Great clip of James Califf's brilliant catch for Louth vs Cork today - which is just as well, because RTE weren't bothered to send one camera to the gamepic.twitter.com/lsmuAloCBm

No RTE in Navan when Louth won there either. Anti-Louth sentiment.
