O'Mahony's qualified for the SFC semi final after their three goal win over Skryne at Paddy O'Brien Park

It’s quarter final time in the Senior, Intermediate and Junior football championship.

Seneschalstown finished runners up to Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels in Group and their reward is a home quarter final against Oldcastle. The North Meath side defeated Dee Rangers in the first round.

Friday: O’Mahony’s will take on holders Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels in the senior football championship semi final next Friday after their 4-8 to 1-8 win over Skryne at Paddy O’Brien Park. The winners led 0-5 to 0-4 at the break. An Amy Dowd goal after ten minutes of the second half gave last years IFC winners a 1-6 to 0-6 lead but O’mahony’s finished on a high with goals from Orlaith Mallon, Isabel Thorpe and a Lauren Woods double to seal a place in the last four.

St. Ultans will take on walterstown in the IFC semi final after their five point win over Na Fianna. Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels B and St. Pats advance to the Junior A semi finals.
