Manager Johnny Greville has named his Meath squad to take on London in the opening round of the NHL Division 2.

These two sides met was in the opening round of last year’s Christy Ring Cup with the visitors recording a 5-18 to 0-21 victory at Lomans Park. 

Na Fianna’s (Dublin) Gavin King gets his first start in a green and gold jersey in goal while there are senior debuts for Conor and Mark Leavy, Darragh Heffernan and Wolfe Tones Eoin Donegan.

Veteran Seanie Geraghty returns to the starting lineup and takes his place on the half back line.

Kilskyre/Moylagh’s Daire Shine will captain the team.

Throw in at the Trim venue is at 12.30pm on Saturday January 22nd.
