Kilmacud Crokes and Glen are set to attend a hearing next week over the fallout from last Sunday’s All-Ireland club SFC final, according to a report from RTE Sport this evening.

Earlier this week, Glen lodged an objection to the 1-11 to 1-9 defeat they’d suffered to Crokes in the Andy Merrigan Cup decider after the Dublin champions had 16 players on the pitch during the closing stages, breaching Rule 6.44.

Crokes have since launched a counter-objection and it is understood that the Central Competition Controls Committee (CCCC) will make a decision on the matter after hearing from both clubs.

After that decision is made, Kilmacud and Glen will have up to three days to appeal it if they choose to.
