In conversation with the great Mrs Tas we settled down last night she came up witty a great idea ....That is that Cabvan be split in two for a championship.... and Anne said. The Road from Whitegayte x to Legakelly all of 32 miles would. Be a natural boundary.. Finals to be played between East and West Cavan teams
What do you think

OK so what happens where the road goes right through a club like Maghera or Ramor or Lavey is the geography decided by which side of the road you are on. Eg Maghera and Ramor in the west Lavey in the east? These things are important.

Well a simple answer id what evere side of the Road the Club House is on decides which is it east or west Cavan that that Team plays in.
To both of you one a senior poster like myself the other a junior poster, dont be negative, Be constructive I am only trying to improve the game .
As for the inept Cavan Gaels football Club I feel the Gaels have won more County Titles in the last 20 years than any other Club.
Indeed it would be fair to say that , but for a few strange Referee decisions and unusual tactics we could have won at least a few more Championships . But then again when you are playing weaker teams who are intent on not letting the Gaels play good open footballthings can be difficult.
I was intent on not responding to both of you, but the great Mrs T implored on me to try and let others less what is right for Cavan Football
