Senior Championship
Ballinagh seniors crashed out of the championship after a comprehensive loss to neighbours Crosserlough on Sunday on a score of 2-13 to 0-9. We now go into a relegation playoff against Mullahoran for the right to play senior football in 2018. The game is pencilled in for the 23rd of September but this is to be confirmed.

 

Camogie

Best of luck to the Cavan Junior champions Ballinagh who will play the first round of Ulster on Sunday the 17th at 2pm in Ballinagh against some team TBC from Antrim.

 

Members All-Ireland Tickets Draw

Any fully paid club member interested in entering the draw for an All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final ticket please text your name to any Committee member. The draw will take place on Friday 15th September in the dressing rooms at 8pm. All welcome to attend

 

Clothes Collection

Ballinagh GAA will be collecting old clothes over the next month. It's a perfect way to get rid of old clothes and clutter in your house free of charge which can help us raise money in the process. We will have a drop off point in the clubrooms every Friday evening from 8:30-9:30 and Saturday mornings from 10:30-11:30 until the 30th of September. Out of hours drop off or collection from your home can be arranged. Please contact Claudia on 0879920484. We accept:  Men's Clothing - Women's Clothing - Children's Clothing - Household Textiles i.e. Curtains, Towels - Soft Toys - Shoes - Handbags - Belts. Crazy Vegas Experience

Ballinagh GAA are hosting a Crazy Vegas Experience on Friday the 3rd of November at 8.30p.m in the hotel Kilmore. Tickets are 20 Euro each ( 3 for 50 euro). Door Prize of a TV sponsored by Expert Ireland. Prizes for best dressed male and female. THE GALLANT 5KM/10KM CHALLENGE:

In aid of St Christopher's Hospice Cavan takes place on Saturday 28th October 2017.  This event will start and finish at Mc Seains Bar Cornafean and will be marked out and stewarded along the route to guide you along the way to whichever distance you decide to participate in. Main sponsors are MacManus Pharmacies Cavan, O'Neill's Pub and Shop in Redhills and Garry Smith from Smith's Catering in Ballyconnell. Over the previous 13 years the Challenge has been an outstanding success raising €367,000 for this wonderful cause. There will be loads of surprises and craic on the day and it will be a fantastic day for the family.  Entry fee on the day to participate in the Challenge is voluntary.
