The Cavan joint minor management team of Gary Donohoe and Dermot McCabe.
Dermot McCabe and Gary Donohoe are set to be the new joint management of the Cavan minor football team in 2011.

The news comes after a series of interviews for the post took place last week, with the names of McCabe and Donohoe being recommended for ratification by the management and county board committees of the Cavan county board to succeed Mickey Graham, who stepped down at the end of this past season

Gowna man McCabe, who represented Cavan at the top level from 1994 to 2009, earning an All Star award for his part in the Breffni County 1997 Ulster SFC success, was a coach with the Athlone IT Sigerson team last season and will come into his first high profile managerial role with this appointment.

Donohoe was a former Gowna selector under Eamon Coleman and managed Belturbet for the past two seasons, before leaving them following their senior championship exit to none other than Gowna. He also managed Ballinamore to two league titles during his time in charge of the Leitrim club.

The new management team have been handed a one-year term, with review to follow at the end of the season.
