Kildare's Paul Cribbin believes that the Lilywhites will be in for a tough afternoon against Meath in the Leinster SFC semi-final on Sunday.

The sides renew rivalries at Croke Park this weekend and Cribbin admitted to the Kildare Nationalist that he expects it to be a physical battle.

"Meath are going to be unbelievably physical. They've got plenty of experience there. I'd know a few of the Meath lads as well and they're a big step, but it's one that we're looking forward too. Meath are dangerous, they're very dangerous up front.

The Johnstownbridge clubman has cemented his place in the side this year and the clash against Meath has an added significance for Cribbin as his mother is from the Royal County and his grandfather Larry McGuinness won an All-Ireland with them in 1949.
