Darragh Foley wrote himself into the Carlow football history books last Sunday when he became the first player from the county to score over 400 points.
Having surpassed Brendan Hayden's long-standing record of 392 points (35-287) with a seven-point haul against Wicklow in the first round, the Carlow captain broke the 400-point mark with a run of four unanswered points in his side's 2-13 to 1-14 Tailteann Cup Round 3 victory over Longford at Laois Hire O'Moore Park.
Foley will be hoping to continue his fine scoring form against New York in Saturday's preliminary quarter-final.
