Blarney staged a sensational comeback to beat Ballincollig 3-14 to 1-19 in the Cork IHC quarter-final at Pairc Ui Rinn yesterday evening.
Extraordinarily, trailing by nine points with seven minutes of normal time remaining, Blarney outscored their opponents by 2-5 to 0-1 in the closing stages.
Blarney's live stream commentator Dave McCarthy went crazy when a fantastic individual goal by Patrick 'Pop' Crowley saw Blarney level before Padraig Power scored the match winning point straight from the puck-out.
Incredible scenes.
The final 90seconds that won us the game tonight! @popcrowleypop had absolutely no right to take the shot on but thank God he did! pic.twitter.com/5vN7kOBVAQ
