Carryduff beat Bryansford 3-15 to 0-11 at Pairc Esler tonight to reach the Down SFC semi-finals for the first time in their history.
The south Belfast based club stunned Steven Poacher's side with three first-half goals from Josh Connery, Ronan Beatty and Joe Tunney to easily book their place in the last four. Connery's major was the first score of the game as Carryduff enjoyed a 3-5 to 0-8 half-time lead.
They will now take on Ballyholland Harps for a place in the decider while kingpins Kilcoo face Warrenpoint on the other side. Both games will be staged as a double-header in Newry on Sunday next.
