St Gall’s GAA in Belfast has suspended all activities after one of its players recently tested positive for Covid-19.
The Antrim club released a statement via Facebook this morning to confirm that one of its senior players has contracted the virus and have taken the decision to suspend all activity.
In a statement, the club said: "Folks, we have just learned that a senior footballer has unfortunately tested positive with Covid-19. We wish him a speedy recovery in the days ahead.
"As we continue to liaise with the PHA and GAA, and await further guidance, we have made the decision to suspend all activity for both our minor and senior panels; male and female.
"We hope to release an updated statement within the next 24 hours.
"Go raibh maith agat."
