Team news: Kavanagh returns for Carlow

Marty Kavanagh returns to the Carlow team for today's Allianz Hurling League Division 1 relegation decider with Westmeath at TEG Cusack Park.
The sharpshooter was a notable absentee from the side that lost to Wexford last weekend. Ross Smithers, Kevin McDonald and John M Nolan also return for the do-or-die clash.
