Roscommon's Clann na nGael are going down the same road as many Dublin clubs by looking to hire a full-time Games Promotion Officer.
The traditional giants of Roscommon football, who recently appointed Liam Kearns as their new senior manager, will no doubt be looking to tap into the West Athlone suburb of Monksland which has grown to become the second largest urban area in Co Roscommon after Roscommon town in recent years.
"The post holder will be responsible for leading the underage development and coaching work within the club and our feeder schools at both primary and secondary level," the club tweeted.
