Paul Galvin has been confirmed as Wexford’s new senior football manager on a two-year term.
Ex-Wexford star Mattie Forde, Tadhg O’Donoghue, Eamon Sayers and Shane Roche have all been named as part of the former Kerry All-Ireland winner’s backroom team.
Tonight’s ratification sees the 39-year-old step into inter-county management for the first time, taking over a side which finished fifth in Division 4 of the National League this year before losing out to Louth and Derry in the championship, respectively.
