St Brigids
Annual club mass will take place tonight at 8pm in Russell Pk. Reminder to all members that membership is due. It is very important all members are paid up as they are not insured to play otherwise. U21 Footballers beat Craobh Chiarain to reach the Champo Semi-Final where they face Ballyboughal at 2.30pm this Sat in Russell Pk. Big support needed. Best of luck to Daragh Doyle, Ronan McKenna & Paul Winters with Dublin North in their Leinster Champo game on Wed. Well done to Sean Murray, Barry Cahill, Declan Lally, Paddy Andrews & Kevin Bonner on their O'Byrne Sheild win over Meath. Best of luck on Sat vs Armagh in their league opener. The White Collar Boxing versus Plunketts takes place on March 16th. We are looking for boxers; contact 087-645-9571 if you are interested in taking part. Ballyboden Wanderers

First Fund Raising Quiz of the year takes place on Friday 18 Feb 2011 in the Merry Ploughboy pub. 8pm sharp. All wlecome. Adult Men's pre-season continues each week with Training on Mondays at Firhouse Community College, meet 6.45pm sharp, and Thursdays at Scoil Mhuire Whitechurch, meet at 7.15pm sharp. All players asked to bring boots and trainers, €2 , and their own water to reduce the threat of flu spreading. A trip to Kilkenny for all Adult Hurlers has been organised for the weekend of the 12/13 Feb. Contact Patsy on 087 6317183 for details. This trip is open to all who are interested in travelling.
All adult hurlers are needed for an internal Club Challenge in St Catherines Park next Sunday morning 6th Feb (time to be confirmed). The term ' Skin and Hair flying'  comes to mind!
The Cash for Clobber Campaign has started, so get out any old clothing, bag it and the club will organise collection points.
Its that time of the year again!! We are looking for people to take part in Scor Sinsir on behalf of the Club. So if you are over 17 and have an interest in any of the following areas, or if you know someone else who might be interested, please contact Barbara O'Neill at 086 3782419 or [email protected] asap. The Dublin round of the competition is in the week beginning February 14, so we need to get practising pronto. The categories are: Figure dancing, set dancing, ballad group, solo singing, question time, novelty act, trad music group, and recitation.
Pitches in Somerton are ready to go. Goalposts will be installed in the next month. We've set the weekend of 2nd April as an 'Opening Day'. On this weekend all home fixtures, including the Nursery, will be fixed for Somerton. This is great progress and a credit to all involved. Lotto stands at 4,400 with this week's draw in The Carpenter.

Tyr elstown
Congratulations to the Tyrrelstown Senior team who beat Peregrines in a friendly on Sunday 30th January. The final score was Peregrines 0-3 v Tyrrelstown 2-9.
Training for the senior team is Tuesday 8pm (The ward), Thursday 7.30 (National Aquatic Centre, Sundays 10.30 (The ward).
Junior training is on every Wednesday 6pm (Mulhuddart Community Hall) and Saturday mornings 10am (Belgree pitch, Tyrrelstown.)

Erin go Bragh
Thanks to all kids, parents and mentors who travelled to Gormanston on Sunday last.  Erin go Bragh have 7 teams playing each Sunday for the next few weeks.  It is a great tournament that helps kids develop their hurling skills.  There was no winner of last weeks lotto jackpot. Numbers were 6 7 9 14. This weeks draw jackpot will be €10,000.  It will be held in the Vineyard, Blanchardstown village.  To be in with a chance to win the Jackpot please return your completed Lotto tickets to the box in the Paddocks before 9pm this Friday. It is so easy to forget to return your Lotto tickets, so why not sign up to the ANNUAL DRAW MEMBERSHIP. Fingallians
Congratulations to the Junior hurlers on winning the Leinster Junior Championship on Saturday in Navan against Wolfe Tones, Co Meath.

The Club U21 Footballers play this Tuesday 1st Feb in the championship Semi Final away in Clontarf @ 8pm. Fingallians v Clontarf - please show your support.  
The Club Football 7 a sides will continue this Friday from 7.30pm.   
Dublin's National League Home fixtures are to be played in Croke Park this year. This is a new initiative by the Dublin County Board and to incentivise this from a supporters point of view, they have put in place some exceptional deals to attract as many supporters as possible to cheer on the Dubs. The ticket facility is available each evening from the club and is also available to Non-Members.
 Sunday dancing from 9pm this week will be with 'Dusted'. € 8 admission. 
The Lotto Numbers last week are 1, 11, 22, 23 & 27.
 
Scoil ui Chonaill
Another busy week in Scoil, with training and challenge games continuing on Alfie Byrne road and in our Clontarf grounds for mens and ladies teams at both Juvenile and adult level. The Intermediate team had two challenge games against both Clann na Gael and Ratoath on Thursday and Friday night respectively. The club dinner dance takes place on February 25th. The winner of last man standing was John Coleman after picking Blackburn Rovers to beat West Brom at the weekend. Congratulations John. The next competition begins this Tuesday February 1st and new entries are encouraged. The u-21 hurlers are preparing for the next round of their championship, while the Intermediate team begin their season with a challenge on Thursday evening. Continue supporting Scoil. Round Towers Lusk
Membership is now due for 2011. Rates are as follows- Full €80, Social €50, Juvenile €40, Family €120, Pensioner social €20. Membership forms are available from the clubhouse bar, committee members or by contacting club Registrar Helen Fitzpatrick on 085 1958630.
Round Towers Lusk GAA Club run a nursery every Saturday @ 10.45am-11.45am, catering for boys and girls aged 4-7 years old in both Gaelic Football and Hurling/Camogie. At present we are seeking parents who would be willing to help out with running the nursery in any role from coaching to administration/organising. The club are currently compiling information for an improved Club website for launch in the coming weeks. It is envisaged that this website will include photographs, reports, coaching information  and many other features from both the present day and the clubs history.

Gormanston's indoor hurling blitz has started and will run every Sunday for 5 weeks. For further information please contact team mentors.
The U14 girls team have commenced training for the coming season and are currently looking for any new players who may wish to join. Training takes place on Tuesday and Thursday nights between 7 and 8pm. For further information please contact team manager Paul O' Hara.
There was no jackpot winner of last Thursday nights club Lotto. Numbers were 7,15,19,27. Lucky Dip prizes were €80- Eugene Clarke, €40- Thorne Children, Bryan Bennett, Martin Russell. The next draw will be held on Thursday night, 3rd February, with a jackpot of €10,000- tickets can be purchased in the Clubhouse bar.
