Cork football manager Conor Counihan
The Cork team chosen by manager Conor Counihan for Sunday's Munster SFC semi-final against Limerick includes just seven survivors from the side that lost last year's All-Ireland final to Kerry.
Counihan has handed debuts to four players - corner backs Diarmuid Duggan and Brian Regan, wing back Paudie Kissane and midfielder Alan O'Connor - while leaving out big names such as James Masters, Michael Cussen and last year's captain Derek Kavanagh.
The long-serving Anthony Lynch is another notable absentee, though he was injured in a challenge match against Laois a few weeks ago, while the versatile John Miskella and attacker Kevin McMahon weren't considered due to injury.
Cork (SF v Limerick): A Quirke; D Duggan, G Canty, B O'Regan; N O'Leary, G Spillane, P Kissane; A O'Connor, N Murphy; S O'Brien, F Goold, P O'Neill; D Goulding, D O'Connor, J Hayes.
