Leitrim football manager Dessie Dolan has played his side being labelled as Favourites for their Connacht SFC opener with New York in Gaelic Park. The Athlone man stressed that a team being labelled as Favourites for a match is not something looked at by managers and that the only thing his side will be concentrating on this weekend is a win. "People say that but managers don't look at stuff like that at all. As far as we're concerned, it is a game that we have to try and win and that's it. "That's our only focus, nothing else matters. I don't care what other people say, it's what we do in terms of preparation. I'm confident in my own players and that they will give it their best shot, that's all I can say."
