(After extra-time)
Fermanagh side Lisnaskea Emmets claimed a memorable All-Ireland intermediate football championship with an extra-time victory over St James of Galway at Croke Park on Saturday night.
Emmets became the first ever Fermanagh club to lift an All-Ireland title after a dramatic tussle against a Galway city side who went into the game as favourites.
James's had overcome the strong Kerry outfit of Gneeveguilla in the semi-finals - in a game that also went to extra-time - and they were within touching distance of glory when they led by one (0-10 to 0-9) as the clock ticked towards the hour mark.
But Daniel Kille's point for Lisnaskea sent the game into extra-time and St James were unable to withstand a tremendous extra-time onslaught from the Ulster champions at GAA HQ.
Emmets tagged on the first three scores in extra-time to open up what appeared to be a decisive advantage, but the St James lads, with county players Paul Conroy and Eoin Concannon in good form, chipped away at that deficit and the sides were level again at half-time in extra-time.
When Lisnaskea repeated the trick to put daylight between the sides in the second period of extra-time there was no way back for the Galway side, and a late goal from Niall McElroy put the seal on the victory.
