Teehan joins Dublin management set-up

November 26, 2008
New Dublin hurling boss Anthony Daly has revealed that former Offaly player Vincent Teehan will be part of his management set-up. Daly, who was unveiled to the Dublin media at a press conference today, confirmed that Teehan will be one of his selectors. A teacher in St. Declan's, Cabra, Teehan was short-listed for the Dublin manager's post in 2005, only to lose out to Tommy Naughton. He has extensive knowledge of the Dublin hurling scene, having coached both Kilmacud Crokes and county champions Ballyboden St. Enda's in recent years as well as guiding the combined Dublin Colleges to an historic All-Ireland Colleges (Croke Cup) success in 2006.
