Club Notes – 12.04.2021 – Lacken-Kilbride

Our Club Pre-Paid Lotto has been extended till the 18th of April, when we will run three draws to catch up.  The decision was based on the relaxation of Covid Restriction.  The draw will take place in the Club Car Park, where the proceeds of the lotto fundraising will be utilised in order to level the pitch in the coming months and make it ready for play in March 2022.

 

Father Padraig McDermott and Reverand Leonard Rudduck will have the honour of pulling the first couple of numbers and will bless proceedings! A live feed of the draw will be streamed on YouTube.  Link to be updated on the clubs Facebook page if anyone would like to login.

 

The draw kicks off 7PM in the Club Car Park on Sunday the 18th.

 

Which means you can still get your four numbers in…..100 euro will get your four numbers into the next 38 draws. And all Pre Paid Lotto entries will also be entered into a monthly draw for two separate draws of €50.

 

Email your four numbers (1 – 32) [email protected] (we can email an online application form) or text/call Diarmuid on 0863113443 and we will sort out your entry. Payment can be made via: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Cash and Cheque.  Or contact any committee member which is listed on the Club Facebook page.

 

Sad Passing of Jim Crowley

 

The Club and the Kilbride community sends its wholehearted condolences to the Crowley family with the recent passing of Jim Crowley. Jim served on the club committee for countless years and was a huge supporter of Kilbride GAA. Jim will be fondly remembered by all within the club and sorely missed. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.
