Annual General Meeting

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club has scheduled its 56th Annual General Meeting to take place at Collinstown Hall on Sunday evening December 7th with a 6pm starting time.

Na Piarsaigh - U20 News

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club and Turin Hurling Club both sincerely the 2025 Na Piarsaigh U20 panel of players and team management on the winning of the 2025 Under 20 Division 2 Hurling Championship competition. Na Piarsaigh 0.13 Clan Na Gael 0.09, was the result of the final of the U20 Division 2 Hurling Championship competition, played at Decotek Park Collinstown on Saturday November 15th. Na Piarsaigh team captain Alex Little was presented with the U20 Division 2 Hurling Championship shield by Westmeath GAA Board Chairman Frank Mescall.

Team of the year 2026

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club is represented by five players on the Slevins Coaches/Iarmhi TV Senior A Hurling Championship team of the year 2026. Those five players are, Micheal Daly, Dan Higgins, Shane Williams, Thomas Doyle and David Williams. Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club sincerely congratulates Micheal, Dan, Shane, Thomas and David on this merited acknowledgment of their playing contributions to the 2026 Slevins Coaches Senior A hurling championship competition.

Sincere Condolences

Lough Lene Gaels Hurling Club extends its deepest and sincere condolences to its past player Raymond (Ray) Coleman, and the close and extended members of the Coleman family of Bonnington, Drumcree, bereaved on Wednesday November 12th by the death of his father, William (Billy) Coleman. RIP.
