U12 Girls:

Our u12 girls started off with great determination and spirit but were met with a very strong and tight Tyrellspass team, who dominated in mid field.

Luck was not with our girls today in scoring.

They never gave up and dug in which is instilled in our girls. Unfortunately it was not our day. Thanks to Tyrellspass for hosting and well done to our girls.

U14 Girls

Milltownpass v Tyrellspass u14 girls played out a fantastic game of football this evening in Milltownpass. It was tit for tat all through with some brilliant defending from both teams. All the skills were on show tonight with girls blocking shots and at the other end taking excellent scores. Milltownpass just about came away with the win by 2 points in a game that was in the balance right untill the final whistle.  Special mention to Grace McGee who came on for her first game for Milltownpass. We would also like to send best wishes and speedy recovery to Tyrrellspass full back Dawn Gill .

U16 Girls:

U16 League

Milltownpass 5-14

St.Joseph’s 3-12

St.Joseph’s started with a strong wind behind them, but it was Milltownpass who bagged the first score with an early goal . Joseph’s attacked from deep in waves and put together some fine scores to push ahead near half-time. 2 late first half goals meant that Milltownpass went in at half-time 4 points ahead by 3-4 to 0-9

Joseph’s worked hard early in the second half and got back level at one stage.

Milltownpass managed to score a couple of more goals in the second half to regain momentum and were in the lead by 4 points at second water break. Milltownpass pulled away in The final quarter to win by 5-14 to 3-12. Thanks to St.Joseph’s for a tough well fought game.
