Covid 19 update

With Level 5 restrictions well underway, we would ask all our members to hold firm as we play the game of our lives in the fight against Covid 19. In conjunction with these Government restrictions and in accordance with directives from GAA headquarters, we would remind all our members that all playing pitches, dressing rooms and club facilities will remain CLOSED until further notice. We ask all club members and people in our community to observe the Government, HSE and GAA protocols and to STAY SAFE.

Health and Well-being

A reminder to those both young and old that may be feeling vulnerable or isolated the importance of communication. We would ask all club members to remain vigilant and to look out for one another during these difficult times. A simple message or phone call might be all that someone needs. We would also urge and encourage everyone in our community to keep an eye out for those living alone in particular andperhaps those who may need assistance with shopping or indeed just for a chat.

Walking Track

The walking track is open for our members to use on an individual or family basis. The track will be floodlit on these dark evenings for your convenience. A pedestrian entrance has been constructed on the left hand side of the main gates. We would urge anyone using the facility to use this entrance only. We would also ask all our walkers to be mindful of all other walkers on the track and to keep an appropriate distance in adhering to the social distancing measures put in place by the Government and GAA Headquarters. Due to the ongoing brace of inclement weather we would ask all club members to take extra care. Happy Walking Everyone!!
