Mary Sheerin RIP
our community in Castledaly was

Our club and community was shocked and saddened to hear of the sudden
passing of one of our great women Mary Sheerin (nee McLoughlin).);
Kilnahinch, Moate.
Mary is well known throughout the Midlands and beyond for her work in
Moate Mart , and within Castledaly Rosemount Moate Caulry and Tubber,
through GAA and Scór , as Mary and her husband Pat Sheerin celebrated
their love for people and sport, and love for music and dancing,
travelling the highways and byways of the Midlands.
Mary will be always remembered for her kindness and generosity,
dishing out millions of squarts of tea with a kind colourful word or
phrase, to warm the heart and brighten the day.
She has passed her enthusiasm for life to her family, through her
daughter Patricia Rabbitte and her son Joe Sheerin, and her many
grandchildren, who all have interests in GAA or dance or music.
Her son Joe, is a recently retired GAA player and is current senior
chairperson of Castledaly GAA.
Mary’s love of life, GAA , dance and song continues through her
grandchildren, as will Mary’s good work within the local community and
its many organisations, schools, clubs.
Mary was one in a million.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary's
sisters Anne Connell, and Bridie Doolin, all the McLoughlin and
Sheerin families, and all their families and friends at this difficult
time.  May she rest in peace.

Our condolences to all our friends and their families who lost loved
one in the outgoing year 2020 and early 2021. May they Rest In Peace.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha  uaisle.
