CJ McGourty has announced his retirement from inter-county duty after having helped Tyrone to Nickey Rackard Cup success last weekend.
The former Antrim dual star has been living in Tyrone for the last few years and linked up with the Red Hands last season.
McGourty struck 0-4 as Michael McShane’s men triumphed to a 1-27 to 0-19 victory over Roscommon at Croke Park last Saturday.
It marks the Saffron County native’s second All-Ireland victory at headquarters, having helped St Gall’s to the coveted club senior football championship crown in 2010.
