Oisin McConville believes Armagh can go the distance this summer and land their first Sam Maguire Cup crown in 20 years.

Kieran McGeeney’s men take on Galway at Croke Park tomorrow afternoon (1.45pm) looking to book their slots in the All-Ireland SFC semi-finals.

Speaking to BBC Sport NI, McConville says the Orchard County is daring team dream as the business end of the championship takes shape this weekend.

"They can (win the All-Ireland) and the reason is that a lot of teams believe they can," said the 2002 All-Ireland winner.

"At least five teams in that mix believe they can win the All-Ireland. That's because all of the teams that were ahead have come back to the pack.

"Also, Armagh's trajectory is on the upper curve. They need to continue that. Do they need to improve to win an All-Ireland? Dramatically, but I think that improvement is there."
