Laois CCC are expected to investigate a brawl which broke out at the end of Saturday evening's Laois SFC encounter between local rivals Killeshin and Arles-Killeen in MW Hire O'Moore Park.

Video footage of the row, which has been widely viewed on social media over the past 24 hours, appears to show a spectator getting involved from behind the perimeter fence and being dragged onto the pitch where a mass punch-up ensues.

Killeshin won by 1-17 to 0-15 after extra-time to qualify for Round 3 of the SFC, while the defeat consigns Arles-Killeen to a relegation playoff.
