Happy Easter

 

We would like to wish everyone a very enjoyable Easter with their families.

 

Club Limerick Draw 2021

First draw was last Saturday morning and we had one winner. Congratulations to Mary and Ann Maria O’Keefe. We would like to say a special word of thanks to all our existing and new members. This year our membership numbers have reached an all time high and the support for both club and county is greatly appreciated.

 

 

Membership 2021

 

With the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic it is now more important than ever to ensure Club Membership is paid to cover affiliation and Insurance costs.

All membership needs to be paid by March 31, to ensure both the club and players are insured for the year by Croke Park.

Limerick GAA Coaching & Games

Limerick GAA Coaching & Games will be running online Easter camps during the school holidays. The Camp will run from Tuesday to Thursday each week and there will be two separate times each day one for 6-8-year-olds(10am - 11am) and one for 9-12-year-olds (11am -12noon)

They are also adding a third slot each afternoon commencing at 2pm for all age groups. The afternoon slot will provide some alternative activities to the morning skill sessions and will include, Meet & Greet players, GAA history facts, Arts & crafts and some sample yoga and cooking demonstrations that even the parents might join in on.

Each session will include movement, hurling & football skills that can be practiced in the comfort of your own home. Hurley, sliotar, tennis ball & football will be required for each session. The sessions will be run through the Microsoft teams platform and the link to join will be emailed to the parents email each evening ad will include the equipment required for the next days session.

Assistance Needed

Dromcollogher/Broadford GAA are looking for help with our underage teams. Due to large panels of players and due to the requirements for each management team we need your help. Any assistance would be welcome. Please contact our club coaching officer Seanie Buckley @ 086 335 1129
 

Covid Level 5 Restrictions

 

Please note that we are now in Level 5 restrictions so the club grounds and all indoor facilities are now closed until further notice.

 

Dromcollogher/ Broadford GAA Club Lotto Draw

 

The following are the Results of the Lotto Draw that took place on the 28-03-2021, and the numbers were: 2, 11, 13, 32. There was no winner of Jackpot at 11,200 and there was three winners of match three at €105 and they each got €35 and they was: Kathleen Barry, Broadford Kieran Ryan, Dromcollogher and Sean O’Sullivan, Dromcollogher and the Lucky Dips at €50 each were:  Phil O’Shea, Tullylease and Pat & Peggy McGill, Dromcollogher and next week’s draw will take place on this coming Sunday 04-04-21, in the GAA Field, Dromcollogher and the Jackpot will be going up to 11,300 and the Match Three will be staying at €100.

Team Limerick Clean Up

Team Limerick Clean Up will take place on Good Friday, April 2nd, in full compliance with HSE Guidelines. Can anyone that has registered please contact Geraldine om 086 3131051 to advise was ‘patch’ that they are willing to target to clean and when you plan on doing so, in order to avoid any duplication of areas. We encourage anyone taking part from our club to wear our colours on the day and send pictures on to our club facebook and twitter page for posting.
