A minor board meeting will be held on Thursday 7th November in the O’Rourke Centre at 9pm, all members requested to attend. Results: the men’s junior team were defeated by Strokestown in the division four league final last Saturday in Strokestown, the boys u16 team were defeated by St Michaels last Sunday week, the u14  team were  defeated by St Michaels last Monday and the girls u16 team won the Luke Daly memorial cup defeating Ballygar in Ballygar last Sunday, thanks to Ballygar for their hospitality on the day. Fixtures: the men’s u20 team play Oran in the division 1B championship next Sunday in Oran at 12pm and the u13 boys team play Oran in the Feile Na nOg next Sunday at 2pm in Oran. Numbers drawn on the night were 2, 17, 22 and 26. €50 winners on the night were Bridie & Ruby Keenan, Bill Kelly(A), Alison Flanagan, Bernie Ryan and Moira Hanley. Next weeks jackpot is €12,500 and the draw takes place in Doherty’s on Friday 08th November.
